Reality Has Settled In
It has been approximately a month since Tellïo left Japan. What a time to be alive! Japan was a game changer. He visited Tokyo, Osaka & Kyoto while also appearing in Seoul, Korea. Nowadays, Tellïo is disappointed every time he puts his bum bums on a cold bathroom toilet seat. For him, the heated ones in Japan were a life-changing moment. To be frank, the biggest takeaway from the trip was Japanese culture. There were several observations Tellïo made during the holiday trip that stuck with him:
VERY EFFICIENT NATION & CULTURE PERIOD
Not a performative based culture
They are more introverted
Follow an active lifestyle: lots of walking and physical activity - Tello took 31K steps in one day (most on the trip)
Healthy food isn't advocated per se, since the cuisine is high quality to begin with
Very simple and intentional about their decisions and life choices
Expensive but the quality over quantity expression is very apparent
The Japanese are well aware of what they are doing in the fashion industry. Also, in other sectors as well
Shrines, Japanese gardens, hiking trails, the mountains, the skyline, the countryside and other cultural things are breath taking moments.

There were no dietary restrictions for Tellïo while in Japan. The man tasted as many food and beverage products as he could. No shame at all. The most shocking part of their food scene was all their matcha food:
Matcha churro
Matcha ice cream
Matcha cake
Matcha muffins
Matcha dumpling
Matcha incense sticks
Below are some images of the food consumed.
All and all, a an enjoyable holiday trip. Part two will happen soon because Japan is too wavy! Tellïo highly recommends to those who haven't been to travel to Japan but also have respect and compassion for the culture there. Sideby, Happy New Year! As Always, Stay Strong & Stay Vivid!
